What are your management fees?
Our fee is 25% of the income generated, with no fixed or upfront costs. The more properties you entrust to us, the more our commission scales down. We only get paid when you do — our interests are aligned with yours.
How much can I expect to earn from my property?
It depends on the location, size and condition of your apartment. On average, our owners earn 2 to 3 times more than with a long-term lease. We provide a detailed, personalised income projection within 48 hours of your estimate request.
Can I use my property whenever I want?
Absolutely. You remain 100% the owner and freely decide when you want to use your property. Just let us know in advance via your owner portal.
What does day-to-day management look like?
We handle the entire guest journey: daily pricing optimisation, bookings, welcome, housekeeping between every stay, hotel-grade linen, maintenance and 24/7 emergencies. You receive a detailed monthly report and your income every month.
What happens in case of damage or an incident?
We systematically collect a security deposit from every guest for all stays, which covers any everyday damage. In addition, platform insurances (Airbnb AirCover, Booking) can compensate owners in case of more significant incidents. We handle every procedure if anything happens — you have nothing to do.
How long is the commitment?
The commitment is 1 year, automatically renewable. This allows us to plan a pricing strategy over a full season and maximise your annual income.
Are you compliant with local regulations?
Absolutely. We take care of every formality: town hall declaration, registration number, tourist tax, EPC compliance, and ongoing regulatory monitoring. You stay relaxed while the legal framework evolves.
